2 Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, transaction and delivery between Best IPTV UK and the customer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

3 Offer and Prices

• All prices on best-iptvuk.it.com include VAT where applicable.
• Offers and prices may be changed at any time.
• Prices depend on the length of the subscription (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

4 Payment

• Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or cryptocurrency.
• Orders are only activated after successful payment.
• In case of refusal or chargeback of payment, Best IPTV UK reserves the right to suspend access to the service.

5 Delivery

• IPTV login details are usually sent within 5 minutes via email or WhatsApp, and always within 24 hours.
• The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details when placing an order.

6 Use of the Service

• The customer may use the subscription for personal use only.
• Sharing accounts, reselling, or using them on a commercial scale without written permission is prohibited.
• Misuse of the service may result in immediate termination without refund.

7 Warranty and Refunds

• Disruptions outside our control (such as internet problems or third-party blocks) are not covered by the warranty.

8 Liability

Best IPTV UK is not liable for:

• Technical failures outside its control (e.g. server outages, internet problems at the customer's end).
• Content of TV channels or VOD provided through third parties.
• Damage arising from incorrect use of the service.

9 Termination

Best IPTV UK reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate services in case of misuse, breach of these terms, or legal obligations.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the United Kingdom.
